Getting an impressive start from Victor Torres, San Diego beat Seattle by the score of 4-2. The win gives the Luchadors a record of 19-40.

San Diego used the clutch hitting of Santiago Tiburcio to snag the win. The pinch hitter drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Luchadors ahead, 3-2. It was his lone hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said Tiburcio, "one at-bat at a time."
