Ortez Strokes 5 Hits Tuesday, June 4th , 2052 Chiniak Alouettes catcher Tommy Ortez went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Fargo Ambush for 5 hits to help Chiniak win, 12-1, over Fargo at Alouettes Park. Tommy Ortez hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. So far on the season, Ortez is hitting .275 with 6 home runs, 29 RBIs and 28 runs scored. He has 38 hits and played in 37 games. |
