Alex James won the event, though he had to beat some stiff competition. In the final round, the New Orleans Winter Hawks second baseman was matched against Nick Pluff. James defeated him by a score of 7-6. "I was tiring a little at the end," said James. "I had to dig deep to pull this one out." |
