Prieto Scores SL1 Best Hurler Honors Thursday, June 6th , 2052 The Camagüey College Bluebirds have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Moises Prieto, this year's Conference 1 Pitcher of the Year Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Prieto compiled a 1-1 record in 11 starts, tallied 67 strikeouts in 60.1 innings and recorded a 2.39 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .219 batting average against him. He received 28 first place votes out of a possible 30.
