The Keys left fielder has now delivered hits in 20 straight games. "Shane has a nice streak going, but the scoreboard tells the important story today," Laval College manager told reporters after the game. "We lost, no matter how many hits anyone had." Shane Walker singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Omari Reynolds in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. Walker is batting at a .304 pace this season, picking up 49 hits in 161 at-bats with 15 home runs, 38 RBIs and 28 runs scored. |
