The Denver Queens racked up a win at Queens Field, bumping off the Leon Toltecs, 5-2. Dan McMillan, who started for Denver, pitched effectively for his team. Willie Reveron closed the door for Denver, picking up his 7th save of the year. Denver bumps their record to 19-16 with the win.

James Colston hit a 3-run home run off Randy Casali in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Queens ahead, 3-2. In addition to the homer, Colston had 1 double, while going 2 for 4.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," Colston told the Denver Today. "Whatever it takes."
