Silverbacks Out of Playoff Race Saturday, April 16th , 2050 The Los Angeles College Silverbacks quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 2050. "It feels bad," said Silverbacks catcher Kevin Penney, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." Before this season, the Silverbacks last missed the playoffs in 2048. In the 11 years they have been a FBL Junior College franchise, they have missed the playoffs 6 times. Los Angeles College last won the Round 2 in 2049. |
